“Recently, I have realized that there is no honour in living your life for someone else. There is no pride in keeping quiet to appease others insecurities. Being someone you are not for the comfort of others does not help anyone’s growth or peace of mind. When we share ourselves and our stories we are being a permission slip for others to live their most authentic lives as well, and when we’re loving ourselves in that fashion it makes it a lot easier for us to love each other too.”
