“Motherhood has taught me a lot about myself. A key lesson is that I (and perhaps many of us with all the societal systems in place) have learned to thrive in chaos.
I have an innate ability to line up a complete clusterf*ck of a moment and turn it into order and productivity. I have done this my whole life; it was my survival and is now a valuable tool. As I learn to search for peace in the present moment, I hope it will be my history soon. Some things are just not what you wish to grow comfortable with.”
